Evan & Grants Wedding at the Stanley in Lees Summit by jan

The storm held off for these two lovebirds! Evan’s dress was perfect down to the pockets and the ceremony was lovely in the upstairs of the newly redecorated Stanley. Evan’s brother, Jordan helped with the photography and did an awesome job! Downstairs at the reception, the toasts were heartfelt, the sangria’s were flowing and the food was delicious. Beautiful wedding, beautiful couple.

Alright, Anthony is a young man that isserving this country with pride and get’s to see is family only for short periods of time. Sonya is working her way up in the tourism industry in Aspen, Colorado; needless to say her life it’s quite busy. Sarah, it’s the loving mom, that has quite a rare opportunity to have them together for a brief time. Makes sense to celebrate this time with some images. These two met in high school and have been dating ever since. The Ceremony was at the beautiful Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lees Summit. Lots of tears and laughter at this wedding as Aly & Danny made beautiful commitments to each other in front of family & friends. Gorgeous flowers were by Beverly Bedell. The weather was scorching hot but a quick trip to the park at Bass Pro was fun! Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect place for the reception, one room for the dinner and the other for the party. The jaw dropping cake was created by Rama Sola and they had a huge table filled with millions of scrumptious wedding cookies The plated dinner had 3 delicious choices. Herford House ROCKS!! . Later in the evening, Alyson did a tear-jerking rendition of Mama’s Song by Carrie Underwood. It brought the house down! I love it when I can get a chest-bump from the bride and groom before the night is over! Lots of love to you both! XOXO

Sarah & Keith's perfect wedding by jan

These two have been married for 2 years but have been separated my their duty to our country. (many thanks!) Finally together, they celebrated their union with a wedding that I’m sure they have dreamed about for a long time. It was everything and more. Surrounded by friends and family, they vowed to love in good times and bad. Personally, I wish them only good times! Sarah gets the award for most chilled bride ever. As her dress was being laced, one of the loops broke. “Oh, just skip the one on the other side too” she says calmly. I knew it was going to be a good day!! The ceremony at St. Peters was stunning and the Berg Event Space reception was picture perfect. I loved the cake and Doughnut Groom’s cake! Debby Z was a DJ that I will recommend in the future! She enjoyed playing the eclectic songs on Sarah & Keith’s playlist and kept the dancefloor jumpin’. Nice job Deb! The flowers by Bella Design Studio were incredible as was the fine food by Sugar & Spice Catering. This was a fun wedding to shoot and it was obvious that these two have what it takes to build a life together. Congrats to you both!!
