Well, somebody calls them “trash the dress” sessions, since you’re going to get down and dirty. Some notorious iconic photographer calls them anti-bridal, because it portrays the antithesis of the classic, posed, seen-a-million-time bridal shot. I call them fun sessions, because we had a ball! Seriously though, beautiful girl + cool dress = awesome time. But you need to have a little of an obsession for images and the time it takes to make’em. I am affected, that’s a given but Janelle has it too, for sure, God bless her. She was a trouper, not just in the studio, when she had to keep it still till I had it, but specially when we had to walk for what it felt like a mile in a 2 feet deep creek.
