Wedding photography on film by Marco

Nope, we are not going back in time. No I didn’t sell the 5D. The economic recession has nothing to do with it. Just wanted to have some fun with the camera that started it all, at least for me. Stolen from my dad years ago, taken across the pond to a skilled repair man for simple TLC, she has been my first camera and the tool of the trade for my first weddings. Last saturday I wanted to take her out of retirement, just for a little, short Sensia run.

The fun continued when I took the film to Costco and told them to cross process it. Bypassed the stare look and told them to: “just run it as you normally would any other regular film”. One of the chicks behind the counter couldn’t refrain from saying: “Sir, you know it will turn completely black!” “Sure” I said “just do it. Do it. Do it.”

Here are some I liked. Nothing done to them, straight from the lovely CD Costco gave me.

The “real” post about this wedding will come soon. Lisa & Bobby, thank you for having us at your wedding. Stay tuned for more.
